Marie specialises in complex international and national M&A transactions, including distressed acquisitions and private equity transactions.

She also has a focus on domestic and cross-border restructurings.

Marie frequently lectures on M&A at international and national seminars and conferences.

She has been appointed Vice President of the Corporate and M&A Commission of the ‘Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats’.

Marie is an Officer of the International Bar Association and a member of the Belgian business association, Cercle du lac.
