Marie is gespecialiseerd in complexe internationale en nationale fusies en overnames, waaronder distressed acquisitions en private equity transacties.

Zij focust zich ook op binnenlandse en internationale herstructureringen.

Marie geeft regelmatig lezingen over M&A op internationale en nationale seminaries en conferenties.

Zij is benoemd tot voorzitter van de commissie vennootschapsrecht en fusies en overnames van de “Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats” (AIJA). Marie is ook Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association.
