Marie Brasseur est spécialisée dans les opérations complexes de fusions-acquisitions internationales et nationales, y compris les acquisitions de compagnies en difficulté et les opérations de private equity.

Elle s’intéresse également aux restructurations nationales et transfrontalières.

Marie parle fréquemment sur des sujets liés aux fusions et acquisitions dans le cadre de séminaires et de conférences internationales et nationales.

Elle a été nommée President of the Corporate and M&A Commission de l’Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats. Marie est également Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association.
