Marie specialises in complex international and national M&A transactions, including distressed acquisitions and private equity deals. She has particular expertise in the renewable energy sector.
She also advises on domestic and cross-border restructurings and assists clients in corporate litigation matters, working in close collaboration with the Dispute Resolution team.
Marie regularly speaks at national and international conferences and seminars on M&A-related topics. She formerly served as President of the Corporate and M&A Commission of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and now acts as Co-Chair of the Commission’s Committee.
In addition, Marie is an Officer of the Future of Legal Services Commission of the International Bar Association, having previously served as Co-Chair of the Association’s Young Lawyers Committee.
