Marie specialises in complex international and national M&A transactions, including distressed acquisitions and private equity transactions. She has a specific expertise in the renewable energy sector.

She also handles domestic and cross-border restructurings and she assists her clients in corporate litigation, together with the Dispute Resolution team.

Marie frequently lectures on M&A at international and national seminars and conferences. After having been President of the Corporate and M&A Commission of the ‘Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats’ (AIJA), she has now been appointed as Co-Chair of the Commission’s Committee.

Marie is also an Officer of the Future of Legal Services Commission of the International Bar Association after having been Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association.
