Gerrit Vandendriessche specialises in ICT and general commercial law.

Gerrit frequently advises on matters related to IT law, privacy and data protection, electronic communications,                e-commerce, outsourcing, digital signatures and certification, software, cloud services, distance sales rules, and commercial practices, including (online) advertising. He also handles ICT-related litigation.

Gerrit is a regular speaker at conferences and has an extensive publication record in the fields of ICT and commercial law. He is a member of ITechLaw and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

He also regularly lectures at KU Leuven and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) as a guest lecturer.
