Gerrit Vandendriessche is gespecialiseerd in ICT– en algemeen commercieel recht.

Hij adviseert over uiteenlopende juridische kwesties met betrekking tot IT-recht, privacy en gegevensbescherming, elektronische communicatie, e-commerce, outsourcing, digitale handtekeningen en certificatie, software, cloud services, regels omtrent verkoop op afstand en algemeen commercieel recht, waaronder (online) adverteren. Daarnaast treedt hij op in geschillen met betrekking tot ICT.

Gerrit is een regelmatig spreker op juridische conferenties en beschikt over een uitgebreide publicatielijst op het gebied van ICT-recht en handelsrecht. Hij is lid van ITechLaw en van de International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Hij is tevens gastdocent aan de KU Leuven en de Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
