Gerrit Vandendriessche beoefent ICT– en algemeen commercieel recht.

Hij heeft een grote ervaring in computerrecht, privacy- en gegevensbescherming, elektronische communicatie, e-commerce, outsourcing, digitale handtekeningen en certificatie, software, cloud services, verkoop op afstand, marktpraktijken (met inbegrip van (on-line) adverteren) en algemeen handelsrecht.  Hij treedt ook op in ICT-gerelateerde geschillen.

Vandendriessche spreekt regelmatig op conferenties en heeft een uitgebreide lijst aan publicaties in de domeinen van ICT- en handelsrecht.

Gerrit is tevens voorzitter van de Legal Hub van de Belgian Association of Marketing (BAM).

Verder is Gerrit lid van ITechLaw en IAPP. Hij is gastspreker aan de KU Leuven en de Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
