Gerrit Vandendriessche pratique le droit TIC et le droit commercial général.

Il possède une vaste expérience en matière de droit de l’informatique, de protection de la vie privée et des données personnelles, de communications électroniques, d’e-commerce, d’outsourcing, de signature et certification électroniques, de logiciels, de services Cloud, de vente à distance, de pratiques commerciales y compris la publicité (en ligne) et de droit commercial général. Il intervient également dans les litiges liés aux ICT.

Vandendriessche intervient régulièrement lors de conférences et possède une vaste liste de publications dans les domaines des ICT et du droit commercial.

Gerrit est aussi membre de ITechLaw et de l’IAPP. Il est orateur invité à la KU Leuven et à la Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
