Emma advises domestic and multinational corporations on all aspects of individual employment law, employment contracts, employment termination (including protected employees), employee compensation and benefits as well as non-compete and restrictive covenants.

She also focuses on several aspects of collective employment law, including involvement in large restructuring projects, such as collective lay off, closure, transfer of undertaking, employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions and outsourcing, and related drafting process of collective bargaining agreements.

Emma graduated from the Universiteit Gent and has a Master of Laws. She also holds a Specialised Master’s degree in social rights from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
