Emma adviseert zowel nationale als internationale ondernemingen en staat ze bij inzake alle aspecten van het individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, gaande van de aanwerving tot het ontslag. Dat omvat niet alleen het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en de beëindiging ervan, maar ook het verlenen van advies omtrent (alternatieve) verloning, het bijstaan van cliënten bij complexe herstructureringsprojecten en in geval van conflicten met organen van werknemersvertegenwoordiging.
Daarnaast begeleidt zij cliënten bij audits van sociale inspectiediensten.
Emma vertegenwoordigt cliënten in arbeids- en sociaalzekerheidsrechtelijke procedures voor de arbeidsrechtbanken en -hoven.
Emma spreekt regelmatig op studiedagen en is auteur van talrijke publicaties.
