Download vCardBregt Raus specialises in intellectual property and EU regulatory affairs, with a focus on patents, plant variety rights, and matters relating to the agri-food and life sciences industries. His practice spans both advisory and contentious work, including litigation before the Belgian courts, the Unified Patent Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Bregt sits on the board of the European Food Law Association (EFLA). He is also active in the alumni groups of the University of Chicago, BAEF and Fulbright. At ALTIUS, he leads the life sciences matrix, a cross-departmental initiative that pools know-how and hosts the recurring Life Sciences Sessions.
