Bregt Raus is gespecialiseerd in intellectuele eigendom en EU-regelgeving, met focus op octrooien, kwekersrechten en zaken die betrekking hebben op de agro-voedingsindustrie en de life sciences. Hij vertegenwoordigt cliënten voor zowel de Belgische rechtbanken als het Hof van Justitie van de EU.

Bregt is lid van de Belgische vereniging voor voedingsrecht (BFSO legal), de European Food Law Association (EFLA) en de International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA), naast de alumni-netwerken van de Universiteit van Chicago, BAEF en Fulbright. Binnen ALTIUS leidt hij de life sciences matrix, een departementoverschrijdend initiatief dat knowhow bundelt en de Life Sciences Sessions organiseert.
