Bregt Raus est spécialisé dans la propriété intellectuelle et les affaires réglementaires européennes, notamment dans les domaines des brevets, des droits d’obtention végétale et des questions liées aux secteurs agroalimentaire et des sciences de la vie. Son activité couvre à la fois le conseil et le contentieux, y compris les procédures devant les tribunaux belges, la Cour unifiée des brevets et la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne.

Bregt siège au conseil d’administration de l’Association européenne du droit alimentaire (EFLA). Il est également actif au sein des associations d’anciens élèves de l’université de Chicago, de la BAEF et du programme Fulbright. Chez ALTIUS, il dirige la matrice « sciences de la vie », une initiative interdépartementale qui met en commun l’expertise et organise les sessions régulières consacrées aux sciences de la vie.
