Sophie specialises in intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trade mark and patent litigation, anti-counterfeiting and parallel trade matters, as well as trade secrets.
Her practice also covers unfair market practices, advertising law, and the drafting of legal opinions and contracts in IP-related matters.
Sophie is an active member of several professional associations, including the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA), the French Association des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM), and the Belgian Association Belge pour le droit d’Auteur (ABA).
Sophie is the author and co-author of various publications, and regularly takes part in conferences and seminars as a speaker, moderator, and co-organiser.
