Sophie is gespecialiseerd in het intellectueel eigendomsrecht, met bijzondere expertise in merken- en octrooigeschillen, namaakbestrijding, parallelimport en bedrijfsgeheimen.

Daarnaast behandelt ze dossiers over oneerlijke marktpraktijken en reclamerecht, en stelt ze juridische adviezen en contracten op in IE-gerelateerde materies.

Ze is actief lid van verschillende beroepsverenigingen, waaronder de Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), de Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA), de Franse Association des Praticiens du droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM), en de Belgische Association Belge pour le droit d’Auteur (ABA).

Sophie is auteur en coauteur van diverse publicaties en neemt regelmatig deel aan conferenties en seminaries als spreker, moderator of medeorganisator.
