One Year of Arizona: Key Employment Law Reforms – What’s Been Done and What’s to Come?

Join our webinar

Just over a year ago, the Arizona Government unveiled an ambitious employment and social security reform agenda in its Coalition Agreement. Since then, major political agreements reached during Easter, Summer and Budget negotiations have introduced significant employment law changes, including:

  • The abolition of the unemployment benefits with company allowance system (“RCC- SWT”)
  • Important modifications to working time regulations
  • The “penny index”
  • The new re-integration track 3.0
  • The pension reform
  • The mandatory offering of a mobility budget
  • Etc.

Some of the announced measures have already been further developed into legislation. For other measures, a draft bill has been prepared, while legislative work has yet to begin on still other measures.

Keeping up with all of these new developments can be a challenge.

Struggling to keep track of it all? We’re here to help.

Join our upcoming webinar where we’ll provide you with a clear, practical overview of:

  • Which measures have already entered into force
  • What legislative changes are still on the horizon

How these developments may impact your organization.
