Nathan advises clients on all aspects of Belgian corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and a wide range of general corporate matters at both the international and domestic levels.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2022, magna cum laude) and an LL.M in International Business Law from Tilburg University (2023). He also participated in an Erasmus exchange at Sapienza Università di Roma.

Nathan has been a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar since 2023.
