Maximilien advises clients on a broad range of employment law matters, covering both individual and collective employment law as well as social security law. He assists Belgian and international clients and helps to find practical solutions to complex labour law issues, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.

Prior to joining ALTIUS, Maximilien gained valuable experience through internships at a law firm specialising in employment law and at the Belgian Court of Cassation. These experiences gave him a thorough understanding of Belgian procedural law and judicial reasoning.
