Laura Rottiers is a Belgian employment lawyer with more than 13 years of experience in employment law, social security law, employee benefits and workplace relations. She advises employers on a broad range of employment matters, including complex employment issues, restructuring projects, disability management and reintegration processes.

Laura combines extensive practical experience with a strong academic background in social law. She is also actively involved in the development of legal doctrine as a member of the Editorial Board of Chroniques de droit social (Chr.D.S.).
