Chloé is a Belgian and French qualified lawyer specializing in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Before joining Altius, Chloé practiced in the litigation and arbitration departments of international law firms in Paris, where her work covered a range of sectors including energy, construction and technology. Her experience there included disputes relating to unfair competition and parasitism, shareholder and share transfer disputes, civil and contractual liability, and the termination of contracts and commercial relationships, as well as the negotiation and drafting of settlements. She has also been involved in both national and international mediation and arbitration proceedings.
