Benjamin advises Belgian and international clients in matters related to intellectual property law and life sciences.

Benjamin obtained his Master of Laws at the University of Antwerp. During his studies, he wrote a thesis in the domain of private international law, participated in a moot court competition in Paris and studied for one semester at Lund University in Sweden. As part of the Pan-European SEAL Programme, he worked for one year at an EU agency in Alicante, where he gained first-hand experience in trademark examination. He then continued to work as in-house counsel at a multinational company, where he was primarily responsible for managing the patent portfolio.
