Download vCardBart is an associate with experience in EU and Belgian life sciences law. He advises clients on regulatory matters across the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, food, feed, and cosmetics sectors. His work includes supporting clients with compliance under EU and national frameworks, contributing to policy and legislative analyses, and assisting in litigation before the Belgian and EU courts.
Bart also has experience in intellectual property law, particularly in relation to patents, plant variety rights, and geographical indications. He works with a range of life sciences companies, from start-ups to established players, as well as industry associations.
