Meet Anne-Sophie Raxhon
Anne-Sophie’s practice focuses on data protection, ICT and e-commerce law. Her expertise includes new technologies, telecommunications, revenge porn and the right to be forgotten.
Anne-Sophie has built up solid experience in litigation related to these areas. She has broad experience drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting clients in negotiation and litigation, and in the setting-up of compliance programmes relating to these matters.
Between 2022 and 2024, Anne-Sophie lived in Michigan, USA, where she worked as a Legal Advocate at the non-profit organisation, SafeHouse Center. In this role, she helped survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to obtain personal protection orders and provided them with both legal and personal support. Additionally, she was part of the emergency response team, where she supported domestic violence and sexual assault survivors at the hospital or immediately after incidents that required police intervention.
Anne-Sophie holds a Master’s degree in law from UCLouvain. She participated in the Erasmus exchange programme at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property and ICT Law from KU Leuven.
Anne-Sophie regularly gives seminars and webinars on the latest developments in privacy and data protection law.
