ALTIUS appoints Audrey Zegers as Counsel

We have a true rising star among us! ALTIUS is delighted to announce that Audrey Zegers has been appointed as Counsel from September 2020 onwards.

During the past 10 years, Audrey has proven to be an excellent Banking & Finance lawyer. She focuses both on the regulatory aspects of banking and financial services, as well as on loan finance.

More in particular Audrey obtained a lot of experience advising Belgian and foreign financial services providers on all types of licensing and registration requirements, the regulatory aspects of restructurings and M&A transactions, product regulations as well as conduct and consumer protection rules. Her finance experience includes general corporate finance, acquisition finance as well as project finance.
