Sven Demeulemeester heeft ruime ervaring in het adviseren van zakelijke cliënten over de overdracht van ondernemingen, outsourcing- en co-sourcingprojecten en arbeidskwesties in verband met de verkoop of aankoop van ondernemingen of delen van ondernemingen.

Sven adviseert en coördineert regelmatig de procedure voor collectief ontslag of sluiting van ondernemingen of hun divisies en treedt op voor een grote verscheidenheid van cliënten met betrekking tot de dagelijkse aangelegenheden inzake individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid.

Daarnaast heeft Sven uitgebreide ervaring in sportgeschillen en arbitrage en wordt hij door juridische gidsen erkend als een vooraanstaand beoefenaar van het sportrecht, een onderwerp waarover hij regelmatig spreekt en schrijft. Sven is lid van de European Employment Lawyers Association, de Vereniging Sociaal Recht, de Association Internationale des Avocats du Football, en de International Association of Young Lawyers.
