Sven a une grande expérience dans le conseil aux entreprises en matière de transfert d’entreprises, de projets d’externalisation et de co-sourcing et de questions d’emploi liées à la vente ou à l’achat d’entreprises ou de parties d’entreprises.

Sven conseille et coordonne régulièrement des procédures de licenciement collectif ou de fermeture d’entreprises ou de leurs divisions et agit pour une grande variété de clients concernant les questions quotidiennes relatives au droit individuel et collectif du travail et de la sécurité sociale.

En outre, Sven possède une vaste expérience en matière de litiges et d’arbitrage dans le domaine du sport et est reconnu dans les classements juridiques comme un praticien de premier plan en droit du sport, un sujet sur lequel il intervient et écrit régulièrement.

Sven est membre de la European Employment Lawyers Association, de l’Association de droit social, de l’Association internationale des avocats du football et de l’Association internationale des jeunes avocats.
