Kirian Claeyé est spécialisé dans la propriété intellectuelle et les affaires réglementaires, avec un accent particulier sur les produits pharmaceutiques et les sciences de la vie.

Son travail dans le domaine de la propriété intellectuelle se concentre sur des litiges complexes en matière de brevets, impliquant souvent des questions transfrontalières, des litiges de commerce parallèle, ainsi qu’un soutien et des conseils en matière de gestion de portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle. Son travail en matière de réglementation couvre les domaines des stratégies de lancement et de marketing, de la tarification et du remboursement, des appels d’offres, de la publicité et de la gestion du cycle de vie.

Kirian est diplômé de l’université de Gand avec la mention magna cum laude et a acquis une expérience internationale grâce à des études de troisième cycle (LL.M) à la faculté de droit de l’université de Californie, Berkeley, où il a également obtenu le certificat en droit et technologie. Kirian est également membre de l’association des anciens élèves de Boalt Hall, de (Young) EPLAW, de la Licensing Executives Society, de la Belgian American Educational Foundation et de l’Association internationale pour la protection de la propriété intellectuelle.

En outre, il intervient régulièrement lors de conférences et de séminaires, est l’hôte du séminaire annuel d’ALTIUS sur le droit pharmaceutique et organise les sessions bimensuelles d’ALTIUS sur les sciences de la vie.
