La pratique de Tom en matière du droit des sociétés combine un mélange de travail belge et transfrontalier en matière de fusions et acquisitions. Il conseille régulièrement des sociétés de capital-investissement, des dirigeants et des entreprises sur des fusions et acquisitions, des cessions et des restructurations. Au cours de sa carrière, Tom a travaillé sur des transactions dans de nombreux secteurs industriels, notamment les sciences de la vie, soins de santé, les médias, la technologie et l’hôtellerie.
Il représente également le cabinet en tant que membre de la Belgian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association et de l’European Venture Capital Association.
