Zijn praktijk is een mix van Belgisch en grensoverschrijdend M&A werk. Hij adviseert cliënten bij fusies en overnames, desinvesteringen en herstructureringen.
Tom Vantroyen heeft gedurende zijn carrière gewerkt op transacties in diverse sectoren, zoals life sciences, media en technologie.
Hij vertegenwoordigt ALTIUS ook als geassocieerd lid van de Belgische Venture Capital & Private Equity Association en de European Venture Capital Association.
