Philippe de Jong est spécialisé dans le droit de la propriété intellectuelle, avec un accent particulier sur les brevets, les droits d’obtention végétale et les questions d’importation parallèle.
Il a également une grande expérience des questions réglementaires européennes et belges concernant l’industrie agroalimentaire et les sciences de la vie en général. Il intervient régulièrement lors de conférences et de séminaires et a également publié des articles dans diverses revues juridiques de premier plan en rapport avec son domaine d’expertise.
Philippe a travaillé en tant que consultant pour l’Office européen des variétés végétales et est également un membre actif de diverses organisations d’avocats et du secteur, notamment : l’European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), Euroseeds, la Licensing Executives Society (LES) et l’Association internationale des éleveurs de variétés fruitières et ornementales à reproduction asexuée (CIOPORA).
