Bart possède une vaste expérience dans le large éventail des procédures d’insolvabilité et de restructuration. Il assiste régulièrement des créanciers dans la protection de leurs positions et dans l’exécution de leurs créances. Actif des deux côtés, Bart a aussi aidé plusieurs entreprises en difficulté financière à restructurer leurs activités et à éviter les scénarios d’insolvabilité. Enfin, il conseille les tiers intéressés par la reprise des actifs et du personnel d’entreprises en difficulté.

La pratique de Bart englobe également les litiges commerciaux, tant en matière contractuelle qu’en matière de responsabilité délictuelle, avec un accent particulier sur la responsabilité des administrateurs dans le cadre de scénarios d’insolvabilité.

Bart intervient régulièrement lors de diverses conférences et séminaires concernant l’insolvabilité et la restructuration.

Il est également membre de l’AIJA, d’Etion, d’INSOL Europe et co-président du forum anti-fraude d’INSOL Europe.
