Alexander est spécialisé dans le règlement de litiges nationaux et internationaux. Il possède une grande expérience des litiges complexes portant sur un large éventail de questions, notamment: les questions commerciales et contractuelles, la responsabilité et l’assurance, les questions liées à l’insolvabilité et l’exécution des jugements étrangers et des sentences arbitrales. Alexander a également une connaissance approfondie des contrats de distribution, d’agence, de franchise et de courtage dans leurs contextes internationaux respectifs.

Alexander fournit des conseils précontentieux et mène des négociations, des médiations et des litiges devant les tribunaux nationaux et la Cour de Justice de l’Union européenne. Il a participé à de nombreuses affaires d’arbitrage (CCI, CEPANI, NAI, SCC, OMPI et ad hoc), tant en tant que représentant des parties qu’en tant qu’arbitre.

Alexander publie et donne régulièrement des conférences sur ses domaines de pratique. Alexander est membre de l’International Bar Association et du CEPANI. Il est également très impliqué dans la Fédération Belge de la Franchise et est membre du Conseil de l’Ordre Néerlandophone des Avocats du Barreau de Bruxelles depuis 2019.
