William Timmermans adviseert in alle mogelijke regelgevingskwesties in administratief recht en staat cliënten bij in rechtszaken zowel voor de lagere Belgische rechtbanken als voor de Raad van State, de hoogste administratieve rechtbank van België.

William focust zich specifiek op openbare aanbestedingen en hij adviseert en procedeert in aanbestedingsprocedures. Zijn team is betrokken in meerdere grote publiek-private samenwerkingsprojecten.

Verder heeft William een sterke expertise ontwikkeld in de energie– en de farmaceutische sector en adviseert hij regelmatig bedrijven met betrekking tot het Belgische wettelijke en regelgevende kader.

William Timmermans is lid van de Lawyers Association for Public law en de Beroepsvereniging van de vastgoedsector (BVS).

Hij geeft regelmatig lezingen voor de “Vlaamse vereniging voor aanbestedingen”.
