Nina is gespecialiseerd in alle aspecten van het mededingingsrecht op Europees en nationaal niveau, met inbegrip van kartelzaken, distributienetwerken, misbruik van machtspositie, staatssteun en concentratiecontrole. Zij staat ook nationale en multinationale cliënten bij in het opzetten van compliance programma’s.

Nina is afgestudeerd met een Master of Laws aan de Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve. Daarna behaalde zij een Master in International Law, Foreign Trade & International Relations aan het Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (Madrid, Spanje). Tijdens deze LLM volgde ze een cursus commerciële onderhandeling en bemiddeling aan de Colombia University in New York.
