Christophe is partner in de afdeling Intellectuele Eigendom (IE) en Geschillenbeslechting van ALTIUS en leidt de praktijkgroep life sciences en octrooien binnen het kantoor. Hij is gespecialiseerd in IE, met een bijzondere focus op het octrooirecht en farmaceutisch recht. Christophe assisteert en begeleidt nationale en internationale cliënten in complexe geschillen op Belgisch en internationaal niveau.

Hij draagt regelmatig bij aan juridische publicaties en treedt op als spreker op conferenties, voornamelijk op het gebied van intellectuele eigendom en farmaceutisch recht. Zo gaf hij onder meer de openingsrede voor het gerechtelijk jaar 2005-2006 aan de Balie van Brussel. Christophe is lid van INTA, LES en EPLAW en was van 2011 tot 2017 voorzitter van de Belgische vereniging van AIPPI. Momenteel zetelt hij in het bestuur AIPPI Standing Committee on Pharma. Daarnaast is hij redactielid van ICIP, een toonaangevend Belgisch juridisch tijdschrift op het gebied van IE, van het Bestendig Handboek Deskundigenonderzoek.

In 2016 werd Christophe benoemd tot plaatsvervangend raadsheer bij het Hof van Beroep te Brussel. Tot slot is hij een actief lid van de International Bar Association (IBA), waar hij momenteel functionaris is van het IP-comité.
