Esther est spécialisée en droit du travail individuel et collectif et en droit de la sécurité sociale. Elle conseille des clients belges et internationaux sur une grande variété de questions relatives au droit du travail, telles que l’embauche et le licenciement, le bien-être, le transfert d’entreprise et le temps de travail.

Elle assiste également les clients lors de négociations, de la rédaction de politiques d’entreprise, de contrats et de conventions collectives (CBA). Esther a une grande expérience en matière de due diligence et de conseil dans les opérations de fusion et acquisition.

Elle représente des clients devant les tribunaux du travail et les cours d’appel du travail.

Esther est également responsable du savoir-faire juridique au sein du département emploi d’ALTIUS, de la rédaction de ses newsletters, de l’organisation de ses webinaires et du développement de ses outils et sites webs.

Esther intervient régulièrement dans des séminaires et est membre de l’Association de droit social.
