Isabelle advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law. In particular, she specializes in individual and collective labour and social security law (such as: employment contracts; pensions; and, following the termination of (mostly) high-level management personnel, negotiations intended to reach a settlement).

Isabelle also has experience in advising corporate clients with the transfer of businesses, outsourcing and co-sourcing projects and employment issues related to the sale or purchase of businesses or part of businesses. She is also heavily involved in employment disputes before the Employment Courts and Employment Appeal Courts.

Isabelle specialises in pension law (unemployment with company benefits, as well as occupational pensions) and all aspects of employee representation.

Isabelle has a Lecturer’s certificate and was a freelance lecturer for the ACLVB. She is a member of various associations, such as Etion, the Belgian Pension Lawyers Association (BEPLA) and International Pension and Employee Benefits lawyers Association (IPEBLA).
