Davina is closely involved in real estate, energy and financing matters, both in Belgium and in Sub-Saharan Africa. She focuses on the regulatory issues of real estate and energy, including advising on the bankability of projects. Davina is familiar with engineering contracts (Fidic), LMA based financing, PPAs and other agreements that form part of the overall structure of a real estate or energy project. She is experience in handling the added complexity of such projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Davina has a Master of Laws from the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles) and has obtained an LL.M. in Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Aberdeen.
