Nina specialises in all aspects of competition law at the European and national levels, including cartel cases, distribution networks, abuse(s) of dominance, State aid and merger control. She also assists domestic and multinational clients in the setting-up of compliance programmes.
Nina graduated with a Master of Laws at the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve. Afterwards, she obtained a Master in International Law, Foreign Trade & International Relations at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (Madrid, Spain). During this LLM, she followed a course in commercial negotiation and mediation at Colombia University in New York.
