Charlotte assists clients with various corporate matters, including M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. She regularly advises clients on corporate law issues (e.g. director’s liability, conflicts of interest, capital fluctuations) and is responsible for the corporate “housekeeping” of several companies (assisting with the preparation of board of directors’ meetings and shareholders’ general assemblies, the approval of the annual accounts, etc.).
Charlotte has a Master of Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at the University of Aberdeen. Charlotte also obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College in London.
