Britt specialises in banking and finance law and also deals with related matters of corporate law.
She is mainly involved in leveraged finance transactions and corporate lending in a wide range of sectors. Britt is very familiar with LMA based finance documentation and drafts Belgian security documentation. She works on a daily basis with colleagues in various locations on cross border deals and understands very well the dynamics of a complex financing transaction.
Britt is equally familiar with financial regulatory issues, which range from general banking rules to Fintech matters. She follows very closely the changing landscape in the financial markets and its impact on the day-to-day operations of financial services providers.
Due to her involvement in corporate aspects, Britt identifies easily the corporate issues in financial transactions and vice versa.
Britt has a Master of Laws from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and completed an exchange programme at the University of Oslo.
