Britt specialises in banking and finance law and also covers related matters of corporate law.

She is mainly involved in leveraged finance transactions and corporate lending and this in a wide range of sectors. She is very familiar with LMA based finance documentation and drafts Belgian security documentation. Britt works on a daily basis with colleagues in various locations on cross border deals and masters very well the dynamics of a complex financing transaction.

Britt is equally familiar with financial regulatory issues which range from general banking rules to Fintech matters. She follows very closely the changing landscape in the financial markets and its impact on the day-to-day operations of financial services providers.

Due to her involvement in corporate aspects, she identifies easily the corporate issues in financial transactions and vice versa.

Britt has a Master of Laws from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and completed an exchange programme at the University of Oslo.
