Dennis primarily focuses on real estate law, including real estate-related regulatory matters, and has solid experience in environmental and energy law as well.
His practice combines dispute resolution (including lease disputes and proceedings regarding contractors’ and architects’ liability) with transactional and advisory work.
Furthermore, Dennis assists both national and international clients on various aspects of renewable energy, and is very familiar with drafting CHP contracts.
Dennis holds a Master of Laws from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and studied at the Universität Zürich, Switzerland, as part of the Erasmus Exchange Programme.
