Evrard advises clients regarding various matters of corporate law, in particular mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, incorporation of companies, corporate governance matters, both in a domestic and cross-border context.

Prior to joining ALTIUS, Evrard worked as lawyer in an international law firm where he gained experience in corporate restructuring by assisting clients in the context of mergers, contribution and transfer of branch operations and demergers of companies.
