Richard advises both Belgian and international clients on various corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and general commercial law matters.
He specialises in Corporate law whilst also having accumulated valuable experience in Non-profit law at a top-tier practice for over two years.
In addition to advising high profile clients such as listed companies and groups, he also works closely with small/medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organisations.
Richard’s experience includes cross-border and national corporate restructurings (mergers and transfers of universalities and/or branch of activities), incorporations of companies and non-profit entities, (simplified) liquidations, contract drafting, due diligence, advising on complex corporate governance matters and corporate housekeeping.
