At ALTIUS, we ‘walk the talk’. For more than 14 years, ALTIUS has been led by female managing partners. 45% of our lawyers are female, and well represented at all levels within the firm. In addition, we regularly organize workshops and debates about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
