He has completed large financing and infrastructure projects that have obtained awards on the international scene.
Yves is very well placed to guide all the aspects of an international project from start-to-finish together with a team of expert lawyers and in close co-operation with a multidisciplinary team.
His international focus is primarily on Sub-Sahara Africa. He is knowledgeable about OHADA law and regulations relevant for projects in many countries. Yves’ main focus in this region is on infrastructure and investment projects. He is often in this part of the continent, following developments and opportunities and assisting his clients on-site.
