ALTIUS’ Employment Team is proud to announce that it has contributed to the 2021 Guide to minimum terms of employment for posted workers.

This guide, issued by our Polish colleagues at Wardynski & Partners, covers 22 countries in Europe and sets out the most relevant employment terms and conditions when posting workers to each of the covered jurisdictions, including working time, legal holidays, the minimum wage, overtime work, well-being and equal treatment.

A copy of the guide is available to read here.
