In its real estate practice, ALTIUS advises clients on all matters of real estate in both public law (zoning, permit situation, environmental issues, etc.) and private law (transactions, real estate M&A, property issues, rights in rem, etc.).
We assist our clients in complex real estate transactions, such as divestitures, sale and lease back transactions and development contracts.
From stand-alone office buildings, shopping centers and logistics parks to niche products such as senior housing, hotels and leisure centers are dealt with.
In its regulatory practice, ALTIUS specialises in regulatory matters and administrative law, including zoning, energy and environmental law, public procurement and PPP. It advises clients on all types of permits and regulatory issues.
We also handle litigation files regarding real estate and administrative law. Our lawyers plead before the ordinary courts, the Constitutional Court and the Council of State.
