The Banking & Finance team is mainly focuses on leveraged, acquisition and asset finance, project finance, capital markets, structured commodities, export finance, asset finance, asset-backed securities and financial services.

The team has excellent structuring, financing and deal-management skills, as well as significant international experience. It continues to attract high-level international transactions and provides an innovative and creative approach to complex financing arrangements.

In order to deliver a "one-stop" service to clients who require complex financial arrangements, such as senior bank, bridge and high-yield financings, the banking & finance team constantly works together with the other relevant departments at ALTIUS (such as real estate, M&A and tax) to set up the most efficient finance structures to serve the clients’ needs. They also work closely with the tax-law firm Tiberghien.
