The fundamental mission of ALTIUS’ Banking & Finance team is to attract high-level international transactions and provide the highest level of quality and service to its clients.

Our practice is mainly focused on pure banking and finance work: leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance, capital markets, structured commodities, export finance, asset finance, asset-backed securities and financial services.

In order to deliver a "one-stop" service to clients who require complex financial arrangements, such as senior bank, bridge and high-yield financings, the banking & finance team constantly works together with the other relevant departments at ALTIUS (such as real estate, M&A and tax) to set up the most efficient finance structures to serve the clients’ needs.
