Lieven Peeters is an expert in real estate & construction law with a solid knowledge of contracts and commercial law. His real estate practice includes the structuring of real estate projects, real estate M&A, sale-and-leaseback transactions, divestments, joint ventures, leasing, PPP and split structures.
