Professional activities: Paul's activity is focused on intellectual property matters, with a particular expertise in complex trademark and patent litigation, anti-counterfeiting and parallel trade matters. His scope of legal expertise also relates to advertising, media and entertainment law, representing major publishers and broadcasts and Belgian distribution law, in particular negotiation and litigation related to termination of agency and distributorship agreements. Paul is the author of various legal contributions with respect to trademark and copyright law, distribution law and commercial communications. He is currently President of the Belgian Competition Law Association, the Belgian Group of the LIDC (www.aedc-vsmr.be) and member of the board of Directors of the Belgian Copyright Association, the Belgian Group of of the ALAI, as well as the Benelux Trademark and Industrial Design Association (BBMM).
